The BC Liberals have not made a move without checking with the Alberta Conservatives first! This is true of Gordon Campbell and true of Christie!
In Alberta, they are pushing for a larger segment of private schools and are well upon the way.
They are building new schools too small to accommodate the current population allowing people to opt into the private sector as a fix.
Private Vs Public schools. Private will attract the bigger money families and with it the higher marks.
Down the road you will hear the drum beat to do away with public schooling; private schools have a very high student average while the public schools are in steady decline.
